Heart of Glass are a Yorkshire/ Lincolnshire based band performing the music of Blondie, and have a reputation as the greatest Blondie tribute band on the scene. Just checkout what people who have seen the band have to say on the Fan Mail page and on Hot Press.

Formed in September 2000 and fronted by blonde bombshell Denise Danielle, the group also features Clem Burke sound alike Jonah Lacey-Hatton on drums. Brothers Johnny and Pete Cox are on bass and lead guitars, and James Wells plays all the keys. The band have always kept the same line-up, and like the real Blondie at their late seventies/early eighties peak have a band chemistry that is absolutely amazing!

Pete, a dead ringer for Chris Stein, is a dazzling lead guitarist almost managing to upstage Debbie Harry clone Denise Danielle, who not only looks, (checkout The Real Debbie), sings and moves like the Blondie singer, but also treats the audience to a succession of Debbie Harry costume changes throughout the show.

Jonah and Johnny provide the most exciting Blondie-esque rhythm section ever, and Jimmi's synth textures complete that big new-wave pop sound. The group represent Blondie in all their prime, with the energy and passion that Debbie and the guys deserve.

Heart of Glass tour all over the UK (see date list) playing the songs of Blondie and Debbie Harry, from "DENIS" to last hit "GOOD BOYS".

The group have appeared with such Pop Stars as The Nolans, Hazel Dean, Limahl, Doctor And The Medics, Sonya, T'Pau, Wizzard, Bucks Fizz, Showaddywaddy, Go West, Imagination, Jackie Graham, Curiosity Killed The Cat, Mudd, Five Star, Suzi Quatro, The Sweet, and they have performed at the Chichester Festival along with The Pretenders. In December 2002 Heart of Glass performed for everyone who works for Sky Television at Sky TV in London (check it out).
